Gracefully old

Oh I can see she'll grow fat
then she could live with my dad
but when I myself grow old
I'll see she wears a blindfold

      Oh life is mean
      hard to keep it clean
      as we've never been told
      'bout growing gracefully old

Oh I'll go quietly mad
and wear Napoleon hats
and when she forgets her name
there'll be only me to blame

      refr.

All the pictures on the wall
simply seem to tell it all
gypsy girls and crying clowns
don't you want to go and drown

    refr.
