Turn of the season

Would you not be frightened

if spring was on your trail

if the sun and splendour

would grab you by the tail ?

Would you not be worried

about all that energy

that explodes in nature

and in you and me

       Turn of the season

       we’ve every reason

       to breach the wall

       to break our fall

       into despair

       now we love and stare

       at the turn of the season

Yes the season’s turning

finally the right way

everything is moving

what more can I say ?

Suddenly you’re smiling

yes once again you’re gay

I can see you’re frisky

please be so everyday
